Tired of City nursing any thoughts on GBMC?

I work in the inner city of Baltimore, in a not so great neighborhood. I make great money for a nurse only in their first year. However, the type of nursing I am doing has been very challenging ( I do acute psych ). I am thinking of in a year leaving. I have not been happy, my schedule is hard ( I am working 60 hours a week rotating days and nights) because we are always losing nurses due to issues on the unit. The acuity of the patients is hard because most are very violent. I do not want to burn out of my career so early on. I am thinking of trying a different area of nursing. However, I am concerned about the pay difference since I have bills to pay and tuition loans to pay off. Can someone tell me about the pay scale at GBMC, and how they feel management and the hours are. thank you!
