Restorative Nursing Assistant

Does anyone know where I can get info on training in Las Vegas, NV? I am already a CNA here..
Restorative typically is not an entry level CNA job.Usually, the places that use restorative aides only offer it to folks who have been there for quite some time and are in good with management. Once someone gets in restorative, they do not tend to leave the job as there is not as much dealing with families, call lights, or diaper changes.Some places that are really short staffed tend to pull their restorative aides to the floor from what I have read in posts in the past.

I couldn't find anything on restorative nursing assistants, only CNAs. I would contact CSN or UNLV and ask them, or perhaps contact an employer of restorative assistants and ask them. I would definitely check out College of Souther Nevada first though. I would also post this question in the Nevada forum. Good luck!
