Community College of Denver Nursing program

I would like to know if anybody had any problems with Community College of Denver. The nursing program at CCD is one of the worst schools in the State of Colorado. I would like to start a discussion on the school about the quality of their nursing school. please respond about your stories with CCD.

well you have to be a serious student and be very organized student. It is not a easy program. Most of them in the state have about 1/2 drop out.

I see that this post is quite old BUT since I am a recent CCD grad, I wanted to give a quick update. In the past, yes it was not the best nursing program but within the last year they have completely renovated the program, including a new dean and making it competetive entry. Nursing instructors were great and I definately learned a lot. Best news of all, my class that graduated in May is at 100% pass rate on the state boards!!!

hi ccd grad,I was wondering if you could tell me a little bit about the schedule of your classes at ccd like what times they start and end. Also, what did you get on the teas. I understand they accept the 35 people with the highest scores and wanted to know what people who apply were scoring. Thanks for you help!
