OP, so here's how fate will have it. You'll go to a nice quiet place at home with your phone at 9:58, then finally call at 10:00. You get voicemail. You wait an hour, call back, and get voicemail. Then, you call the nurses station, and the unit secretary says, oh, the NM is in meetings all day.... so it goes, LOL, am I right?But here's sending you the best of luck!!!
