should I include job evaluation with my resume?Rating: (votes: 0) I wouldn't -- but if it is outstanding, I would mention it, say that it is outstanding and that it is available upon request. Then bring a copy to the interview. The certificate doesn't add anything (as I assume the experience is listed on your resume) -- so, I wouldn't include that either, but perhaps have it in my briefcase/portfolio that I bring to the interview. Comment:
In grad school, part of our final course was an evaluation of our portfolio. Throughout the program we were advised on what we should include (ie major papers, research, publications), as well as our basic credentials (bls, degrees, transcripts). It is a handy-dandy professional book (for someone like me. It's a Godsend, b/c of my ability to easily lose things). We were also told to include anything that we would like to brag about. I keep things like that in mine. That way, if I am asked to produce it, I have it.

I would bring a copy to any job interview, but I would not include it with the initial application or resume.
