Suny downstate new grad rn salary

Can anyone tell me what's the starting salary at SUNY Downstate for a new grad RN with a Bachelor and if they have tuition reimbursement? How much they pay for? Also do you know the culture there and nurse to patient ratio? Thanks. I'm a new grad applying there to work! Thanks a lot!
