Company picnic tomorrow

2 My facility is throwing an employee BBQ tomorrow. There will be a small carnival atmosphere with games, pony rides and a bounce house. My favorite will be the dunk tank with all the managers taking turns...I'm taking a lot of quarters for myself and my kids.
It would also be fun to have some of the doc's in the dunk tank too!

Eat some BBQ for me!

That sounds like fun! My ward has a Ward Lunch every month. The nurses, doctors and ancillary staff cook up a big ol' mess of whatever their speciality is and bring it in and we all stuff ourselves.As the ward has Indian, Filipino, African and European staff on it we get a nice mixture of dishes. We even have a lady from Maine who works in the research wing who makes a great clam chowder I reckon eating together is good for morale on the ward. Folk come in even on days off for the lunches.

That would be a blast.For nurses week my facility planned daily activities,wheel chair races and the like.Unfortunatly no one could leave their units to participate except for the unit managers!The bulletin board with the pics tellds that story very clearly.Nurse's week was thoroughly enjoyed by those farthest from the bedside.I would love to see them all in a dunk tank next year.

Unfortunately they usually do not provide free beer at these things.

Who wouldn't want to be dunked in this hot weather. You're doing them a favor.
