Seeking Recent Nursing Grads to Participate in a Survey for Research!

If anyone here has recently graduated from a nursing program, please consider participating in this research survey! Feel free to pass it along, too:

Leslie Neal-Boylan, PhD, RN, APRN, is conducting a survey of nurses who have recently graduated from a nursing program (of any discipline or level) for an upcoming book. This new book will examine the experience of being a new graduate, using the actual comments/stories from new graduates. Emphasis will be placed on what it means to be a nurse and the challenges new graduates face individually and collectively. This book will help the nursing profession learn whether new graduates feel well prepared to be in their new roles regardless of whether or not they are new to nursing. We hope this information will inform the profession about what needs to be done to better prepare nurses moving into new roles.
