Just got a call that State is in the hospital (I work in the ED) & wants to interview me. I've been out sick yesterday & today with a viral URI, so they want to do it over the phone tomorrow. Work told me that they review a handful of charts every year, so no big deal, but could it be? I've never had to do this before, so I don't know. Any advice would be welcome. I don't recall having an issue that was freakworthy come up, but I could have always forgotten something, I guess. I work on a LOT of charts.
This may be the only time you've spoken to them, but they do this a bazillion times a year. Answer their questions truthfully, if you don't know, say so, and you're all set. No need to freak out.
