Good but cheap nursing supply stores or websites

I will be starting school soon and wanted to know if anyone in the South Jersey/Philly area knows of any stores and even websites where I can get cheap but good quality prices supplies. Shoes, stethoscope, watch etc?? Thanks in advance!
