New Grad Job Choice?

Which option is better for a new RN grad? Either working for Hospice visiting facilities or working as a supervisor in a busy rehab/snf?
I wouldn't work as a supervisor as a new grad (surprised they'd even consider one)... so if those were my only two choices I'd go with hospice.
I've been an LPN for a few years, and am not unaccustomed to leadership positions. Seems many of those positions are unwinnable from leadership standpoint. Hospice is the safer choice by far...thanks for your input
