NYC Hospitals that hire new (BSN) grads to Labor and Delivery?

Hello nurses,

I am a recent grad from an accelerated BSN program. Can anyone help identify NYC hospitals that hire new grads directly into L&D? Or give any advice on getting on a L&D unit in general...

I did international public health work prior to nursing school, worked as a birth doula and volunteered on a L&D unit in Africa, and I have a passion for L&D and eventually want to become a midwife. I really want to begin my career in L&D and gain experience. Any advice would be amazing!
