RN in North Fulton GA

I recently was interviewed in North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, GA.
They offered me job and rate as I wanted right away after interview,it is weird for me but i do not have experience in USA. Does any one works or used to work in North Fulton? They said hospital is KIND OF FOR SALE ? It is private hospital . Any thoughts or suggestions ? Need any advise .Thank you !
